SSC CGL 2017 Eligibility Criteria, Qualification & Age Limit

SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria:

Staff Selection Commission has announced a notification as “SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria” for assist of applicants who have applied & are going
to participate in exam of Combined Graduate Level. Combined Graduate Level exam will be held in upcoming days by Staff Selection Commission.

Educational Qualification:

The basic educational qualification required for most of the posts in Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level exam is a Bachelor‟s Degree (Graduation Degree) or equivalent from a recognized University.

Statistical Investigator Grade – II
Graduation with statistics as one of the main subjects .OR
Bachelor‟s Degree with Mathematics( with Statistics as a papers studied in one year/two years/all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
OR
Graduation with Economics ( with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
OR
Graduation with Commerce (with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
All other posts
Graduation
Assistants(CSS)
Graduation + Computer Proficiency
Note:

Degree obtained from open Universities/ Distance Education is allowed in this exam, The University should be recognized by Distance Education Council, IGNOU.

Applicants acquire the prescribed qualification on or before 01-01-2016 , failing which their candidature will be cancelled.

If you are applying for the post of Inspector (Central Excise/Examiner/Preventive Officer ) or Sub-Inspector in CBI then you must be physically fit otherwise your candidature will be rejected. The following physical standard is required for these posts:-
